Serving customers from North Carolina

Tesla wraps forNorth Carolina owners.

We invite Carolina owners by name in our own footer, so it would be poor form not to give you a straight answer. Raleigh to Ashburn is roughly four and a half hours. Charlotte is closer to six. And we do not run mobile installation in either Carolina — the studio is the only option, which means the drive is the whole question.

Appointments only. Location details are provided after your appointment is confirmed.

Worth the drive

This is the longest trip we ask anyone to make

Four and a half to six hours, each way, twice — because the car stays with us two to three days and you are not waiting in the car park. That is two long drives plus hotel nights, or a drive down and a flight home and back again. We are not going to dress that up.

For North Carolina owners

What matters here

Decide on the work, not the distance

A wrap is not improved by the mileage to get to it. If a shop in Charlotte or Raleigh takes panels to their edges, removes trim, wraps the door jambs and post-heats the stretches, use that shop — and you can go back to it easily, which matters more than people think.

When it does start to make sense

Chrome. Conform Chrome is the least forgiving film there is and the one where local repetition is hardest to find, so it is the project people travel furthest for. A straightforward color change is rarely worth six hours.

How to check us before you commit

Ask us — or any shop — for close-ups of edges, jambs and seams on a car they finished. Not glamour shots. If a shop cannot show you that, distance is not your problem. Every photograph on this site is a car we wrapped.

No mobile installation in the Carolinas

The markets we travel to are DC, Maryland and Virginia, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Delaware, West Palm Beach and Los Angeles. North Carolina is not one of them and we are not going to imply otherwise to win a search.

Models

What we wrap

Cybertruck, Model 3 and Model Y. Those three are what we take, and doing the same three repeatedly is how you learn where each one fights a wrap before it happens on somebody’s car.

Film

What we use

Three services: a color change in premium 3M™ or Avery Dennison® vinyl from $6,000, 3M™ Protection Wrap Film — paint protection film in color — from $10,000, and Avery Dennison® Conform Chrome from $15,000. Partial coverage — a roof, a hood, accent panels — is priced per project. No bargain vinyl, no mystery materials.

Turnaround

How long it takes

Most projects run two to three days with the car, and a larger one can run to seven, depending on project scope — the model, full versus partial coverage, removal of any existing wrap, custom graphics, and the film and finish selected. Your estimated completion time is confirmed with your quote and appointment.

Concierge

If the drive doesn’t work

Concierge collection is coming soon and is not available yet. The idea is that Raoul collects your Tesla personally, brings it to the studio and returns it — driven, with the odometer and condition photographed at your address before it moves. What is holding it up is coverage: driving a customer’s car is the one thing we do where the absence of a commercial policy genuinely matters, so it opens when that is in place and not before. Until then, bring the car to Ashburn or ask about mobile installation at your own property.

If traveling to a studio does not work at all, our Travel Wrap program runs limited destination installation events in select markets. Dates are limited and subject to sufficient demand, project approval and facility availability.

At-home installation

Own your home? We may come to you.

Don’t want to bring your Tesla to the studio? In select circumstances we can bring the installation to you — available for qualifying locations, subject to site approval and scheduling.

Mobile installation is available only at a single-family detached house with a private garage that you own. The garage has to give us room to work and an environment the film can actually be installed in — that is not a preference, it is what decides whether the wrap holds.

FAQ

North Carolina questions

Do you travel to North Carolina?

No. Our mobile markets are DC, Maryland and Virginia, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Delaware, West Palm Beach and Los Angeles. The Carolinas are not on that list, and we would rather say so than take a deposit implying otherwise. What is open to you is the Ashburn studio.

How far is Ashburn from Charlotte or Raleigh?

Raleigh is roughly four and a half hours and Charlotte closer to six, so plan a drive rather than a day trip. The car is then with us two to three days on a normal project — we confirm your actual window before you book any travel, so you are booking hotel nights against a real date rather than a range.

Is it honestly worth driving that far?

Sometimes not, and we will say so. For a straightforward color change, a good local installer beats a better distant one you cannot easily return to. For Conform Chrome, or if you have looked at local work and it is not close, the trip starts to make sense. Read our guide on traveling for a wrap — it argues against us where it should.

What do you not provide?

Lodging, hotel bookings, airport pickup, rental cars and vehicle shipping. We do not arrange any of them on your behalf. You handle the travel; we handle the Tesla. Ashburn is in Loudoun County, minutes from Dulles International, if that helps you plan.

Ready to change the lookof your Tesla?

Tell us the model and the finish you have in mind. We’ll come back with a price and a realistic completion window — no obligation.

Appointment only — we work on one vehicle at a time.
