- 02Pay your deposit$1,000, $3,000 or $4,000 depending on the service. It is applied to your project total — it is not an additional fee.
- 03We review and confirmWe review the vehicle, the material and the scope with you, and confirm the project. Payment does not automatically guarantee an installation.
- 04Plan your tripOnce your project is confirmed we agree dates that work for both of us, and you plan your travel around them.
- 05Bring your Tesla to AshburnYou drive it in. The studio is appointment-only and the access details come with your confirmed project.
- 06We transform your TeslaInstalled by hand, one vehicle at a time, then inspected in daylight and walked with you before you take it.
Most projects run 2–7 days with the car in the studio, and scheduling is typically 4–8 weeks out. Those are two different numbers and people mix them up. Neither is confirmed for your car until we have reviewed the project.
To be clear about what traveling here does and does not include: we do not provide lodging, hotel bookings, airport pickup, rental cars or vehicle shipping, and we do not arrange them on your behalf. You handle your travel; we handle your Tesla.

We wrap Cybertruck, Model 3 and Model Y — and that is the list. Narrow focus buys repetition, and repetition is what makes a wrap look right.

Your Tesla gets the bay and the attention to itself until it is finished. Nothing shares the space, nothing gets rushed.

Every slot is booked in advance, in a controlled indoor installation environment. No walk-in traffic moving through the work.

Most projects are completed in approximately 2–7 days depending on scope, with your window confirmed when the job is scheduled.

Every photograph on this site is a car we wrapped. No stock images, no renderings, no borrowed portfolio — which is the one thing you cannot check from a thousand miles away unless we make it checkable.

This is a separate fee. It is not included in the $6,000 color-change vinyl, $10,000 3M™ Protection Wrap Film or $15,000 Avery Dennison® Conform Chrome projects. Outside Northern Virginia: the $1,000 removal fee plus travel, quoted for your location and agreed before travel is confirmed.

Can’t bring it to Ashburn?
Approved mobile installation may be available instead, in the markets we travel to and subject to the property requirements — a single-family detached home you own, with a private enclosed garage held at 70°F or above. It is the alternative, not the default: the studio is where the work is set up to happen.
