TeslaWrapper Live™
The future of vehicle transformation — experienced live.
$100,000 · Exclusive presenting sponsorship
1 day · 4 hours · Max 50 guests · 1 Tesla transformation
A new offering. No TeslaWrapper Live activation has been held yet — there are no past events, no sponsor list and no attendance figures on this page, because there are none to show. What follows is what a sponsored activation would be.
More than a wrap.
TeslaWrapper Live™ is an experiential marketing activation built around a live Tesla transformation. The sponsor is not purchasing a conventional vehicle wrap.
- Experience
- Content
- Brand
- Engagement
- Technology story
The $100,000 fee is the sponsorship and experiential marketing activation fee. It is not the retail price of a partial vehicle wrap.
A four-hour day
- Setup
- Guest arrival
- Live transformation
- Masterclass
- Q&A
- Vehicle reveal
- Content capture
The four-hour duration refers to the guest-facing event. Setup, vehicle preparation, production and teardown occur outside the guest event window as required.
Guest arrival, sponsor experience, vehicle introduction, event overview, and introduction of the TeslaWrapper installer.
The vehicle transformation begins. The installer explains the tools, materials, techniques and decisions while performing the installation.
The installation continues while guests participate in live discussion and Q&A.
Final installation work, vehicle reveal, photography, sponsor interaction, guest Q&A and closing experience.
Four hours is the EVENT, not the installation. A full wrap takes days, which is why this is a partial transformation — the vehicle may be prepared before the event and finished afterwards as the scope requires. Nothing here promises a car wrapped in four hours.
Two formats
Base color → half wrapped
- Base color
- Live installation
- Half-wrapped Tesla
The Tesla arrives in its original exterior color. TeslaWrapper performs a live partial wrap, creating a visually dramatic half-wrapped, two-tone appearance. The audience watches the transformation happen in real time.
Half wrapped → finished
- Partially wrapped Tesla
- Live completion
- Finished Tesla
The Tesla arrives already partially wrapped and TeslaWrapper completes the remaining portion live during the event. This format lets the audience experience the final stage of a transformation and a true reveal.
The exact vehicle, wrap design, coverage, materials, installation scope and event format are determined for each individual sponsored event. We do not promise a specific percentage of coverage unless it is agreed in the event contract.
Watch. Learn. Transform.
Guests don’t just watch the transformation — they hear the story behind it. As the Tesla is wrapped live, the TeslaWrapper team explains the techniques, materials, decisions and challenges involved in creating the finished result.
- Vehicle surface preparation
- Vinyl selection
- Wrap design
- Positioning and alignment
- Squeegee technique
- Heat application
- Working around curves and body lines
- Edges and seams
- Common installation challenges
- Professional installation techniques
- How the finished appearance is achieved
- Care and maintenance of wrapped vehicles
This is a demonstration and an educational experience for guests. It is not a professional certification course, it is not accredited, and nobody leaves it qualified to wrap a car. It is an hour of watching someone who does this for a living explain what they are doing while they do it.
Live Q&A
- How long does a wrap last?
- What materials are being used?
- How is the vinyl installed?
- Can the wrap be removed?
- How do you protect the paint?
- What makes a professional installation different?
- How should a wrapped Tesla be maintained?
One event. One presenting sponsor.
Each TeslaWrapper Live™ activation is designed around one exclusive presenting sponsor, who receives the primary sponsor position for the activation. You are not sharing the room, the signage or the content — fifty guests is too small a room to divide. Category exclusivity beyond the activation itself is not promised unless it is specifically agreed in the contract.
Timing and content are subject to TeslaWrapper and event-production approval. It is a segment inside a four-hour event, not the event.
One event. A library of content.
- Event
- Capture
- Edit
- Deliver
- Amplify
- Professional event photography
- Professional video capture
- Short-form social content
- Transformation footage
- Finished-vehicle content
- Event recap content
Nothing here grants unlimited rights automatically. What is not written into the agreement is not granted — which protects the sponsor as much as it protects us, because it means what you do have is unambiguous.
Different vehicle. Same standard.
Every live transformation is unique. The vehicle, color, material, design and environment may change. The standard does not.
- Installer
- Process
- Quality control
- Consistent result
That is the objective and the method, not a guarantee that two installers produce identical work. It is a standard we hold to and measure against, and today it is held by one shop — which is the point of writing it down before there is a second.
50 guests. Carefully selected.
The cap is the product. Fifty people can watch an installer work, hear him, ask him something and talk to the sponsor. Five hundred cannot do any of those things, which is why this is not a show.
- Tesla owners
- Automotive enthusiasts
- Local business owners
- Automotive professionals
- Technology professionals
- Influencers and creators
- Sponsor-selected guests
- TeslaWrapper customers
- Potential TeslaWrapper customers
- Media and photography creators
- VIP guests
Those are categories a guest list can be drawn from, not a promise about who attends. We do not guarantee a demographic, a lead quality, influencer attendance or media attendance, and nobody honestly can before an event has happened.
The technology behind TeslaWrapper
- Craft
- Software
- AI
- Robotics
Human expertise transforms the vehicle today. This is what happens at the event.
AI software being developed to automate vehicle surface treatment. Not what wraps the car at the event.
The separate company holding the patent portfolio behind the platform. TeslaWrapper does not own these patents.
This is not what happens at a TeslaWrapper Live event. The vehicle is wrapped by a person, by hand. No patent is being practised or demonstrated by the installation, and nothing at the event is performed by a robot.
AutoWrap AI’s demonstrations are recorded physics simulations. The modules have not yet run on a physical robot, sensor or vehicle, and the talk says so rather than letting a room full of guests assume otherwise.
A sponsorship does not include: Patent ownership, Patent licenses, AutoWrap AI software, Robotics technology, Source code, Trade secrets, IP rights.
This is not a $100,000 wrap.
It is a $100,000 brand activation.
Premium live automotive experience.

Priced against a partial wrap it looks absurd, which is exactly why the comparison is stated and rejected everywhere on this page. Priced against a produced brand activation with a content package, it is a number a marketing team will recognize.
We do not claim a return on investment and we will not model one. What this buys is an event and the content it produces; what that is worth to your campaign is a judgment only your team can make.
The $100,000 fee is the sponsorship and experiential marketing activation fee. It is not the retail price of a partial vehicle wrap.
The activation date is not considered reserved until the sponsorship agreement has been executed and the $100,000 sponsorship fee has been received.
Production and event preparation are contingent upon receipt of the full sponsorship fee and satisfaction of the requirements set forth in the sponsorship agreement.
Cancellation, postponement, refund, rescheduling, force majeure, venue, vehicle, production, and other event terms are governed by the executed sponsorship agreement.
Limited availability
TeslaWrapper Live™ activations are produced on a limited basis to maintain event quality, sponsor exclusivity and production standards. We have not set an annual number and will not invent one — what limits it is production capacity, and that is a real constraint rather than a scarcity tactic.

Think bigger?
Custom enterprise activations may be available for:
- Multiple vehicles

- Multiple locations

Custom activations are scoped and priced individually. There is no published price, because there is no standard shape to price.
Why TeslaWrapper
One vehicle type, one trade. The shop wraps Teslas and does not take general vehicle work.
3M™, Avery Dennison® and Paradox. No unbranded film and no marketplace roll.
One bay in Ashburn, Virginia. No walk-ins, one project at a time.
The installation is not queued behind other cars, which is what makes a live event possible at all.
Every panel photographed before work begins and walked with the customer at handover.
A separate technology company and IP portfolio behind the longer-term platform. TeslaWrapper does not own those patents.
No TeslaWrapper Live activation has been produced yet, so there is no event photography, no sponsor list, no attendance history and no post-event report to show you. When there is, it goes here. Until then this section stays empty rather than borrowing somebody else’s.
Questions we get asked
What does the $100,000 cover?
One day, four guest-facing hours, up to 50 guests, one featured Tesla, a live partial-wrap transformation with an installer talk and Q&A, exclusive presenting-sponsor integration, professional photography and video, and post-event content and reporting. The exact deliverables are set in the sponsorship agreement.
Is the $100,000 the price of the wrap?
No. It is the sponsorship and experiential marketing activation fee. A retail partial wrap is a different product at a different price, and this fee is not that.
How many guests attend?
A maximum of 50. That is a ceiling, not a target — the cap is what makes the format work.
How long is the event?
Four guest-facing hours in one day. Setup, vehicle preparation, production and teardown happen outside that window.
Who provides the Tesla?
It may be sponsor-provided, TeslaWrapper-provided, owner-provided or otherwise sourced. Whichever it is, the vehicle is approved before the event.
Where can the event take place?
Automotive facilities, brand headquarters, commercial properties, dealerships, shopping centers, private venues, outdoor spaces, technology campuses and approved private properties — subject to venue permission, permits, insurance, weather and approval.
Can the sponsor choose the vehicle?
A sponsor can propose one, and can provide one. Final approval rests on whether the vehicle suits the agreed transformation.
Can the sponsor choose the design?
A sponsor brings the concept. TeslaWrapper holds final technical approval over whether it can be installed well in the conditions of a live event.
Can the sponsor invite guests?
Yes. The sponsor receives an agreed number of guest invitations out of the fifty. The split is set in the agreement.
Can the sponsor speak?
Yes — an optional segment, suggested at ten to fifteen minutes, subject to production approval.
What content is produced?
Professional photography and video, transformation footage, finished-vehicle content, short-form social content and an event recap.
Can the sponsor use the content?
Yes, on terms set in the agreement — which specifies duration, territory, platforms, approved content and editing permissions. Rights are granted specifically rather than assumed.
Does sponsorship provide patent rights?
No. A sponsorship grants no ownership, license or rights in any patent, software, robotics technology, source code, trade secret or other intellectual property. Any technology license is separately negotiated with the applicable IP owner.
Is Tesla affiliated with TeslaWrapper Live™?
No. TeslaWrapper Live™ is an independent automotive experiential marketing activation and is not sponsored, endorsed, operated by, or affiliated with Tesla, Inc.
How is payment handled?
The $100,000 sponsorship fee is paid in full on execution of the sponsorship agreement, before the activation date is reserved and before production begins. It is not a deposit and there is no balance afterwards.
What happens if the event must be postponed?
Cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, weather, venue, vehicle, production and force-majeure terms are governed by the executed sponsorship agreement, agreed before either side commits.
