Referrals

Send us someone.Get paid for it.

$300 for your first referral. $500 for every one after that.

No cap, no points, nothing to unlock. The rate goes up once, after your first, and stays there. If someone you sent us goes ahead with a project, we pay you when it is finished.

Refer someone.Five fields.

Their name, a way to reach them, a ZIP, which Tesla and what they want. That is the whole thing — there is no application and nothing to sign up for.

The referral five fields

Either one is enough — a number is fine on its own. Ask them first. We text this number, and a message out of nowhere is a bad introduction — to us and to you.

Five digits. It tells us where the car is.

So the referral is credited to you. How referrals are paid.

No application, no account. Prefer to text it to us? Text (571) 676-6578.

Or send your link. They fill it in.

Anyone who opens your link is already recorded as yours, so they never have to remember your name — which is the one thing that has to happen for a referral to count.

If you post your link, say that it is yours.

Using a referral or affiliate identifier: You benefit, or may benefit, when someone uses your identifier. Put it where it will be seen before the content, not after it and not below a "more" link.

This is a reminder system, not legal advice, and TeslaWrapper is not your lawyer. No single disclosure satisfies every jurisdiction or every platform. Ours is not a safe harbor. The fuller guidance — nine things that create something to disclose, and where the disclosure goes — is on the ambassador page.

The name that goes on the link. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is stored.

$300Supporter · Where everyone starts

Your first completed referral pays $300, and earns you a shirt.

$500Regular · From your second referral on

Every referral after your first pays $500. Earned by sending customers, not by buying anything.

They have to name you at first contact.

When the person you referred first gets in touch — the quote form has a “Referred by” field, or they can put your name in the Square note — that is when we can tie the project to you. Afterwards we have no way to prove it, and we are not going to pay on an unprovable claim.

When you get paid.

Once their project is completed and paid for. Not at inquiry, not at booking, and not on a deposit that might still be refunded.

We arrange it with you directly. There is no dashboard, no wallet and no points balance — it is a person sending you money.

The shirt.

Your first completed referral earns one. We order it and ship it to you — you are not buying anything, and you do not need one to refer someone.

Printed to order, so allow a couple of weeks.

The rules, in full

Five of them.

  • The person you refer names you when they first make contact
  • They complete a project with us — a booking on its own is not enough
  • Paid after their project is completed and paid for
  • One payment per project
  • We cannot pay a referral that was not identified up front

One practical note.

Referral payments are income. In the US, once we have paid you $600 or more in a calendar year, that generally needs reporting — we will ask you for a W-9 when you get close. We are not tax advisors; if it matters to your situation, ask someone who is.

Three ways, one rule.We have to know it was you.

Send your link and it says so for you. Fill in the five fields above with their details. Or tell them to put your name in the Referred by field on the quote form — and if they go straight to a deposit, in the Square note. All three reach the same place, and we will confirm we have you down.

Referring people regularly — a club, a detailer, a dealership? There is a longer conversation for that. Nobody has to have it to refer someone.

Making content about wraps rather than sending us customers? The brand ambassador program is a different thing, and not an income opportunity — this is the page that pays.
