The question everybody asks about a service like this is who is actually driving their car. The answer here is the person whose name is on the business — not a contractor, not a transport broker, not somebody you have never spoken to.

You never have to make the drive.
Your car goes to the studio and comes home. You stay where you are.
One person, and you will know who.
Raoul Shah, the founder, drives your vehicle himself — out to the studio and back to you. Same person on both legs. If that changes for a particular job you will be told who instead, by name, before the day rather than at your kerb.
Most shops offering pickup either send whoever is free or hand it to a transport company and stop knowing where it is. We would rather have one person accountable for the whole trip, and be able to tell you which person that is.
Driven, not trailered — and here is what that means.
Your car is driven on its own wheels between your address and the studio. It is the practical way to move a car this distance, and we would rather say so plainly than let the word “concierge” imply an enclosed trailer we do not run.
Driving it means miles go on your odometer — the real ones, the ones between your address and ours, and we record them at both ends so there is never a question about it. If your vehicle should not be driven, tell us: for some cars and some situations transport is the right call, and we will say so rather than take the job.
The record starts at your address, not ours.
Our normal intake photographs a car before work begins. On a concierge job that happens after somebody has already driven it, which would quietly turn anything that happened on the road into “pre-existing condition”. So the record starts earlier.
- 01At your kerb, before it movesPhotographs of every panel, the wheels and the interior, plus the odometer and the charge level. You get the set by text before we pull away — not later, not on request.
- 02You keep Sentry Mode onWe would rather your car was recording. We are not going to ask you to disable it, and we do not need your PIN — leave PIN-to-Drive off for the trip or give us a temporary one and change it after.
- 03The same record at the studioCondition is photographed again on arrival and matched against the set from your address. Anything that differs is raised with you that day, not at handover.
- 04And again when it comes backOdometer and condition photographed at your address on return, before you sign anything. Two matching records with the drive in between.
This does not make a bad outcome impossible. It makes it impossible for either of us to be guessing about what happened, which is the part we can actually control.
Insurance — ask before you book, and get it in writing.
We are not going to print a coverage claim on a website. What we will do is answer the question directly, in writing, before you hand over a key — what is carried, what the limit is, and what it does and does not cover while your car is with us or on the road with us. Ask us before you book rather than after, and if the answer is not good enough for your car, do not book.
Worth knowing either way: your own policy may already cover permissive use — somebody else driving your car with your permission. It is worth a five-minute call to your insurer before any shop drives your vehicle anywhere, ours included.
What it costs.
Concierge is quoted with your project rather than sold at a flat rate, because the two things that move it — how far we are coming and whether both legs happen on the same day — are different for everybody.
- The distance between your address and the studio, both ways
- Whether collection and return can be combined with another trip that week
- Timing — a specific day and hour costs more than a flexible one
- Access at your end: a driveway is simpler than a parking structure
The figure is confirmed in writing with your quote, before you commit to anything, and it does not change afterwards. If you would rather know roughly where it lands before you go any further, text us your address and we will tell you — that costs you nothing and it takes us a minute.
This is not a Travel Wrap.
Concierge means your car comes to our studio and goes home again — the wrap happens here, under our own lighting, in our own bay. A Travel Wrap is the opposite: we go to your market and install there, for a flat $750 if we drive or $1,500 if we fly. Two different products, and the footer used to link them together as though they were one.
Ask what it would cost for your address.
Text (571) 676-6578 with where you are and what you drive. We will tell you the fee, who is driving, and answer the insurance question before you decide anything.
