Square offers a tip on these links, and on most of them it arrives already selected. It is there on purpose — some people want to add something, and we are glad when they do. It is not part of your project price.
The amount on the button here is what you owe us. If the Square screen shows more than that, the difference is the tip. Clear it, change it, or leave it — your project, your price and your date are identical either way, and nobody will know which you chose.
If you have already paid one with a tip on it and did not mean to, text us and we will refund the difference. That offer does not expire.
Sales tax is already in these figures. The number on the button is what the work costs — no tax is added on top of it, and the project price, the travel fee if one applies, and any add-on you chose is the whole invoice. The one thing Square will add is a suggested tip, already selected. It is optional and you can clear it.
Booking deposit
TeslaWrapper does not carry a commercial policy on your vehicle while it is in our care — your own insurance is what applies. We say so here rather than leaving you to find it. The full position →
A deposit reserves your project — not a date — and is applied toward your total. It is not an additional fee. Paying one does not by itself mean we have accepted the project: every project is still reviewed, and if we decline yours the deposit is returned in full.
Non-refundable, and returned in full — both are true
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. There is no cancellation window and no partial refund — paying commits the project.
If we decline your project after you have paid a deposit, your deposit is returned in full. You should not be out of pocket because we decided we could not deliver the work properly.
Those two sentences are both true and they cover different situations. You are paying before we have reviewed the project, so the second one is the one carrying the risk you cannot control: if the answer is no, the money comes back.

This one is required. Square tells us an amount and a name, not what the payment is for — so type your Tesla model and the color you want into the note field, for example “Model Y — 3M 2080-S12 Satin Black”. Without it we cannot match your deposit to a project, which delays your booking.

What happens to your money, and when.
A deposit is not a black hole. Here is the sequence, with the paperwork you should expect at each point.

- 01We confirm the material with youBefore anything is ordered we agree the exact film — brand, series, color code and finish — so nobody is guessing from a note field. If you were not sure at the time you paid, this is where we settle it together.
- 02We review it and order the materialOnce your deposit is received we review the project and order the material from Grimco, our distributor for both 3M and Avery Dennison. We do not sit on deposits waiting to batch orders. The one exception is a Cybercab reservation: nothing is ordered for a car that has not arrived and been looked at, so a reservation deposit does not start a film order and does not close the window this step closes on every other project.
- 03Within 1–3 business days, you get a confirmationYour project details, your next steps, and the real supplier order number — not an internal reference. It is what makes every step after this checkable rather than something you have to take our word for.
- 04You get tracking as soon as it existsThe moment Grimco gives us tracking, we pass it to you. If they have not issued it yet we will tell you that rather than go quiet — silence is the thing that makes people worry, not delays.
- 05Then your installation date is confirmedDates are typically 4–8 weeks out. The remaining balance is due before installation begins, and you can settle it earlier if you would rather. Nothing about your date is picked by a calendar widget — we agree it with you.
If a color turns out to be back-ordered or discontinued between your deposit and the order going in, we will tell you immediately and give you the choice: pick another, wait, or take the deposit back in full.

Due before installation begins, and payable any time before that if you prefer. There is no discount either way — it is purely whichever suits you.

Is your project a different figure? Text us at (571) 676-6578 rather than using the closest link. Each link is set to one amount, so the wrong one creates a refund instead of a settled balance — and check the Square total against the figure on the button, because Square may have added a tip on top of it.

Have another Tesla at the same address?
Wrap two Teslas at $6,000 each when both vehicles are at the same address and parked next to each other for the scheduled installation. That is $1,000 off per Tesla, $2,000 in total, and we coordinate both cars through the same visit schedule.
It has to be two of the three we wrap — Model 3, Model Y or Cybertruck. We no longer take Model S or Model X, so a household with one of those has one eligible car rather than two.

Worth measuring before you pay: two Teslas side by side, each with three to five feet clear on every side, is more room than a standard two-car garage has. If yours is tight we can often work the cars through in sequence instead — ask, and we will tell you honestly whether your space does it. Because both cars have to be in one place for one visit, this normally runs as a mobile installation — which means the mobile property requirements apply in full: a single-family detached home you own, a private enclosed garage, and the space and temperature conditions met. If that is not you, ask before you pay anything and we will tell you honestly whether there is a version of this that works at the studio.
Wrap Together is color-change vinyl only — 3M™ or Avery Dennison®. It does not apply to 3M™ Protection Wrap Film or to Avery Dennison® Conform Chrome, at any number of cars: those are priced per vehicle whether you bring one or three. Every figure here — $6,000 a car, $12,000 for two, $18,000 for three — is two or three vinyl wraps specifically.
Deposits are not reduced by the discount: each Tesla pays its full $1,000 vinyl deposit, and the $1,000 saving comes off that vehicle’s balance. Two cars and three cars each have their own links for both stages — $2,000 and $10,000, or $3,000 and $15,000. Four or more is a figure nobody has made a link for, so text us rather than using the closest button.
How a two or three car job runs
One trip, one setup, both cars. We bring the equipment and the pre-cut kits once and work the two vehicles through the same service windows instead of doing the whole thing twice.
Within the booking, all the cars are worked at once, panel by panel, rather than one car finished and handed back before the next one starts. Doors on every vehicle in one pass, then bumpers, then fenders, then the finishing detail. It normally takes three days across two or three cars and can run to four if the cars need it. It is still one project in the bay — "one at a time" elsewhere on this site means one project, not one vehicle, and nobody else’s car runs alongside yours.
You are not without your car. Drive it home between days if you want to — it will be part-wrapped and the panels will not match yet, so it looks like two colors for a day or two. That is normal and temporary, and it is why nobody has to arrange a ride.
What it cannot be is split across weeks. Every car has to be there for each scheduled day, because the saving is one trip and one setup covering all of them. "Come back next week and do the other one" is a second visit, which is a second job at the full single-car price.
Two Model Ys at $7,000 each is $14,000. With Wrap Together it is $6,000 and $6,000 — $12,000.
That location condition is not fine print, it is the offer: the saving comes from one trip and one setup covering two cars. Two Teslas at two different addresses is two jobs, and there is nothing to pass on.

We do not carry insurance on your car. There is no commercial garage-keepers policy covering damage to your Tesla while it is with us, and no policy number to give you, because there is no policy. What we do instead is document: the car is photographed and its condition recorded at intake, and we walk it with you against that record at handover. That deters and it evidences — it does not indemnify you. Your own insurance is the coverage that applies. The full terms.
The deposit is non-refundable. Paying it commits the project. We do not decline work over timing or difficulty — what we do instead is tell you the truth about your car first. Failing clearcoat, rust or an old wrap underneath change what the finish can look like, and we will show you what to expect on your car rather than after it. The decision is yours. When Square asks, put your Tesla model and the color you want in the note — we cannot match a deposit to a car without it.

Existing vinyl wrap removal — $3,500

We wrap the Model 3, Model Y and Cybertruck. The Model S and Model X are not vehicles we take. Removal is a different job — if you have an S or an X, ask before you pay.
Removing an existing wrap is a separate fee from the wrap itself. It is not included in the $7,000 color-change vinyl, $11,000 3M™ Protection Wrap Film or $15,000 Avery Dennison® Conform Chrome projects.
It does not cover every situation. Unusually difficult removal, excessive adhesive, multiple layers, severely deteriorated film or other abnormal conditions are reviewed and priced before work proceeds — we tell you, we do not surprise you.
Refundable in full if we decline the project or have not begun. Once removal has started the fee is not refundable, because the work has been done.
Vinyl only. This does not cover paint protection film (ppf) removal, ceramic coating removal, paint repair, body repair, dent repair, collision repair. Talk to us before paying it if you are not sure which you have.
Before you pay

Workmanship, 12 months from the day you collect the vehicle. Our workmanship coverage applies to installation-related problems under normal use, within the coverage period. Premature edge lifting, installation-related film failure, or another workmanship concern — tell us, and we inspect the car and work out the right fix. What it covers, and what it does not →
The deposit is non-refundable, and material is ordered against it.
Nothing is ordered until you have confirmed the vehicle, the film and the color with us. From the moment we place that order, the project can no longer be canceled and the money paid is not refundable — the material is bought for your specific car and it does not go back on the shelf.
You will know exactly when that happens. We order within one to three business days of confirming your material, and you get an email with the order number and tracking as soon as Grimco gives it to us. That email is your notice that the cancellation window has closed.
There is no window in which it is refundable. The deposit commits the project from the moment it is paid — which is why we would rather talk through the condition of your car first, and why we tell you what a wrap will and will not hide before you pay rather than after.
A deposit is required to secure the project and authorize project preparation and material ordering in accordance with our published policies. It is applied toward your project total — it is not an additional fee.

What they are, the photographs, the specifications, and what we need to order a set
Diamond-stitched all-weather floor and cargo mats, specified against the exterior wrap going on your car rather than picked from a generic catalog. A matte black wrap takes black leather with stealth or white stitching; a satin red wrap takes red accent stitching; satin gold takes gold. Front, rear and trunk, precision-fitted to the chassis.
These are the manufacturer’s own product photographs of the product itself, used with the seller’s permission. They are not photographs of mats we made — we do not make them — and the layout in them is a generic one, not your Tesla’s floorplan. Yours is cut for your model, year and seating configuration, which is why we confirm all three before anything is ordered. Two of them carry a “CUSTOM LOGO” panel: that is the manufacturer’s placeholder in their own catalog photograph, not something we print and not something we offer — your mats come without it. We do not manufacture these. They are made by a third party; we specify them against your film, source them, and hand them over with the finished car. The price is ours.

These are crafted for your specific Tesla configuration and specified against your exterior wrap. Once the order is placed there are no returns, refunds or exchanges.

They arrive folded. That is normal.
Custom mats are folded and packed for shipping, so minor surface creases or fold lines are normal when you unbox and fit them.
They relax, smooth out and take the shape of the floorboards within about one to two weeks of normal use — faster in warm weather or with the cabin heating on. Nothing needs doing to them in the meantime.
You will hear from us twice before you see them.
- When we have confirmed your color is in stock and placed the order — that message is also your notice that the refund window has closed.
- When the set arrives with us. It ships to our facility rather than straight to your house, so somebody opens the box and checks the color against your project before it reaches you.
If we are wrapping your Tesla, they come with the car — into the trunk on collection day, or in the van if we are installing at your home. That is the whole reason they are delivered to us rather than to you. If you are buying a set on its own with no wrap booked, we forward them to your address once they are checked, and we confirm what that costs in writing before we place the order — while your refund window is still open.
One set covers one Tesla. Wrapping two? That is two sets — pay it twice, or text us and we will confirm the colors for both before you do.
Refundable in full right up until we place the order. Paying does not order anything on its own — we check the color you picked is actually in stock first, and only then does the order go in. The moment we confirm that to you it is a final sale, because the set is being made for your specific car and it does not go back on the shelf.
