TeslaWrapper Live™

1 DAY · 4 HOURS · MAX 50 GUESTS

One Tesla. 50 guests. One unforgettable transformation.

An exclusive automotive brand activation where guests experience a Tesla transformation live, surrounded by the brands, technology, and people making it happen.

TeslaWrapper Live™ is an exclusive, high-production automotive brand activation built around a live Tesla transformation, educational demonstration, sponsor experience, professional content production, and technology storytelling.

More than a wrap. It’s a live masterclass.

Watch an experienced installer transform a Tesla while learning exactly how the process works.

A new offering. No TeslaWrapper Live activation has been held yet — there are no past events, no sponsor list and no attendance figures on this page, because there are none to show. What follows is what a sponsored activation would be.

$100,000Exclusive presenting sponsorship1 day · 4 hours · Max 50 guests · 1 Tesla transformation

The $100,000 fee is the sponsorship and experiential marketing activation fee. It is not the retail price of a partial vehicle wrap.

TeslaWrapper Live™ is an exclusive, limited-availability presenting sponsorship. The full sponsorship fee is due upon execution of the sponsorship agreement to reserve the activation date and authorize production.

One event. One presenting sponsor.

Each TeslaWrapper Live™ activation is designed around one exclusive presenting sponsor, who receives the primary sponsor position for the activation. You are not sharing the room, the signage or the content — fifty guests is too small a room to divide. Category exclusivity beyond the activation itself is not promised unless it is specifically agreed in the contract.

Which experience is right for your brand?

TeslaWrapper Live™ provides a controlled experiential marketing environment and content opportunity. Specific impressions, leads, media coverage, sales, revenue, or return on investment are not guaranteed.

The full experience

From live transformationto executive thought leadership.

The $250,000 experience expands TeslaWrapper Live™ from a live vehicle transformation into a deeper executive and technology-focused experience — connecting craftsmanship, standardization, software, AI, automation, and the future of vehicle transformation.

  • Executive presentation
  • Future of Vehicle Transformation talk
  • Audience Q&A
  • Deeper technology narrative
  • AI, automation and robotics discussion
  • Executive-level positioning
  • Expanded presentation content
  • Additional thought-leadership footage

The future of vehicle transformation

  1. Craft
  2. Standardization
  3. Software
  4. AI
  5. Automation
  6. Robotics

A thought-leadership framework, not a product roadmap. Speculative future capability is discussed as exactly that — nothing in the presentation presents it as current commercial reality.

Designed for decision-makers

  • Automotive executives
  • Technology executives
  • Marketing leaders
  • Innovation teams
  • Brand executives
  • Strategic partners
  • Investors
  • Automotive professionals
  • Sponsor-selected guests

That is the intended audience profile, not an attendee list. We do not guarantee that any particular executive, investor, media organization, influencer or company attends, and nobody can before an event has happened.

The talk becomes content

  1. Live talk
  2. Keynote footage
  3. Q&A
  4. Short-form clips
  5. Executive content
  6. Event recap
  7. Ongoing brand content

Make the future relevant to your brand

Materials brand

Material innovation → vehicle transformation → future manufacturing.

AI / technology brand

AI → software → automation → physical-world applications.

Automotive brand

EVs → customization → service → future vehicle experiences.

Financial brand

Automotive ownership → technology → premium consumer experiences.

Luxury brand

Craftsmanship → personalization → exclusivity → experiential marketing.

Examples of how a presentation could be framed. No sponsor exists yet, and none of these represents one.

What the $250,000 is not

  • A $150K speaking fee
  • A guaranteed advertising campaign
  • A guaranteed media event
  • A guaranteed influencer campaign
  • A guaranteed lead-generation program
  • A guarantee of sales or ROI

It is: An expanded enterprise experiential marketing activation combining a live Tesla transformation with executive thought leadership, technology storytelling, sponsor integration, guest engagement and professional content production.

  1. Physical experience
  2. Brand experience
  3. Thought leadership
  4. Technology story
  5. Content
  6. Audience
  7. Brand asset

Deliberately no dollar value against any single line. Components that conveniently sum to the headline are a fiction every buyer at this level has seen; $250,000 is the price of the integrated experience, not an invoice of parts.

$100K creates the experience.

$250K expands the experience into the conversation about what comes next.

What TeslaWrapper Live is

A premium sponsored automotive experience built around a live Tesla partial-wrap transformation. A sponsoring company provides the event funding; TeslaWrapper produces the live vehicle transformation and the marketing experience around it.

Fifty guests is a ceiling, not a target. This is deliberately not a convention or a festival — the limit is what makes sponsor interaction, photography and a genuine reveal possible in one room.

The event may be hosted at an approved venue, commercial property, private location, automotive event, brand location, or other suitable location.

  • Sponsor interaction
  • Live installation
  • Photography
  • Video production
  • Vehicle reveal
  • Guest engagement
  • Networking
  • Social-media content

Watch the Tesla transform

Format 1

Base color → half wrapped

  1. Base color
  2. Live installation
  3. Half-wrapped Tesla

The Tesla arrives in its original exterior color. TeslaWrapper performs a live partial wrap, creating a visually dramatic half-wrapped, two-tone appearance. The audience watches the transformation happen in real time.

Format 2

Half wrapped → finished

  1. Partially wrapped Tesla
  2. Live completion
  3. Finished Tesla

The Tesla arrives already partially wrapped and TeslaWrapper completes the remaining portion live during the event. This format lets the audience experience the final stage of a transformation and a true reveal.

The exact vehicle, wrap design, coverage, materials, installation scope and event format are determined for each individual sponsored event. We do not promise a specific percentage of coverage unless it is agreed in the event contract.

Watch. Learn. Transform.

Guests don’t just watch the transformation — they hear the story behind it. As the Tesla is wrapped live, the TeslaWrapper team explains the techniques, materials, decisions and challenges involved in creating the finished result.

The installer talks through the work as it happens, in real time, rather than performing in silence. Most people have never seen film go onto a car and have no idea what separates a good install from a bad one — an hour of watching someone explain it while doing it changes that.

  • Vehicle surface preparation
  • Vinyl selection
  • Wrap design
  • Positioning and alignment
  • Squeegee technique
  • Heat application
  • Working around curves and body lines
  • Edges and seams
  • Common installation challenges
  • Professional installation techniques
  • How the finished appearance is achieved
  • Care and maintenance of wrapped vehicles

This is a demonstration and an educational experience for guests. It is not a professional certification course, it is not accredited, and nobody leaves it qualified to wrap a car. It is an hour of watching someone who does this for a living explain what they are doing while they do it.

Live Q&A

Guests may ask questions throughout the demonstration, and during designated Q&A portions of the event. The installer is doing the work and answering at the same time — which is the point.

  • How long does a wrap last?
  • What materials are being used?
  • How is the vinyl installed?
  • Can the wrap be removed?
  • How do you protect the paint?
  • What makes a professional installation different?
  • How should a wrapped Tesla be maintained?

Those are the ones that come up most. Nothing is scripted and nothing is off limits — including what film costs, what goes wrong, and what this shop will not do.

A four-hour day

  1. Setup
  2. 4-hour guest event
  3. Teardown

The four-hour duration refers to the guest-facing event. Setup, vehicle preparation, production and teardown occur outside the guest event window as required.

Hour 1Arrival & introduction

Guest arrival, sponsor experience, vehicle introduction, event overview, and introduction of the TeslaWrapper installer.

Hour 2Live wrap demonstration

The vehicle transformation begins. The installer explains the tools, materials, techniques and decisions while performing the installation.

Hour 3Live transformation + Q&A

The installation continues while guests participate in live discussion and Q&A.

Hour 4Finish & reveal

Final installation work, vehicle reveal, photography, sponsor interaction, guest Q&A and closing experience.

A suggested structure. The final schedule may be adjusted for the vehicle, the venue, the installation scope and the event requirements.

Four hours is the EVENT, not the installation. A full wrap takes days, which is why this is a partial transformation — the vehicle may be prepared before the event and finished afterwards as the scope requires. Nothing here promises a car wrapped in four hours.

Every installer does it differently. The result shouldn’t.

Different installers have different techniques, habits and workflows. TeslaWrapper is built around a consistent standard — so the quality of the finished transformation is not dependent on who happens to install it.

  1. Installer
  2. Process
  3. Quality control
  4. Consistent result

Different hands. One standard.

The focus is repeatable craftsmanship, documented processes, material standards, quality control and experienced installation — not simply finding someone who knows how to apply vinyl.

That is the objective and the method, not a guarantee that two installers produce identical work. It is a standard we hold to and measure against, and today it is held by one shop — which is the point of writing it down before there is a second.

Different vehicle. Same standard.

Every live transformation is unique. The vehicle, color, material, design and environment may change. The standard does not.

50 guests. Carefully selected.

The cap is the product. Fifty people can watch an installer work, hear him, ask him something and talk to the sponsor. Five hundred cannot do any of those things, which is why this is not a show.

  • Tesla owners
  • Automotive enthusiasts
  • Local business owners
  • Automotive professionals
  • Technology professionals
  • Influencers and creators
  • Sponsor-selected guests
  • TeslaWrapper customers
  • Potential TeslaWrapper customers
  • Media and photography creators
  • VIP guests

Those are categories a guest list can be drawn from, not a promise about who attends. We do not guarantee a demographic, a lead quality, influencer attendance or media attendance, and nobody honestly can before an event has happened.

Up to 50 total guests

  1. Sponsor guest invitations
  2. TeslaWrapper guest invitations
  3. VIP / creator / media invitations

How the fifty are split is agreed for each event and written into the sponsorship agreement. The sponsor receives an agreed number of invitations; there is no fixed allocation, because the right split depends on the venue and the campaign.

How a sponsor participates

Brand presence

Sponsor branding throughout the approved event footprint.

Product display

Opportunity to display approved products or marketing materials.

Guest engagement

Sponsor representatives may interact with attendees.

Content

Sponsor can participate in approved photography and video.

Vehicle reveal

Sponsor branding can be incorporated into the reveal where appropriate.

Social collaboration

TeslaWrapper and sponsor may coordinate approved social content.

Not every activation receives every integration. What applies to yours is subject to the final sponsorship agreement and the limits of the venue.

Your brand. Your story. Live.

The primary sponsor may take an optional short speaking segment during the event — a suggested ten to fifteen minutes to introduce the company, the product, the campaign, or its relationship to an automotive and EV audience.

Timing and content are subject to TeslaWrapper and event-production approval. It is a segment inside a four-hour event, not the event.

What the sponsorship can include

What one activation includes is set in a written sponsorship agreement. This is the menu it is drawn from, not a list every event automatically receives.

Event
  • One-day activation
  • Four-hour guest experience
  • Maximum 50 guests
  • One Tesla transformation
  • Live partial-wrap installation
  • Live talk and demonstration
  • Live Q&A
  • Vehicle reveal
Brand
  • Primary sponsor recognition
  • Approved sponsor logo placement
  • Event signage opportunities
  • Sponsor representative participation
  • Optional sponsor speaking segment
  • Approved product and display opportunities
Content
  • Professional event photography
  • Professional video capture
  • Short-form social content
  • Transformation footage
  • Finished-vehicle content
  • Event recap content
Post-event
  • Curated event media
  • Sponsor-approved content
  • Event performance summary
  • Social and content performance reporting
  • Agreed content usage rights

We do not guarantee a number of impressions, views, media placements, press articles or social-media results, and we will not quote one. Anyone in this industry who gives you those numbers before an event has happened is guessing.

Turn attention into opportunity

Where appropriate, and with the consent required, the event can use QR codes or digital forms so a guest can act on the day rather than trying to remember afterwards.

  • Request a TeslaWrapper consultation
  • Request a vehicle-wrap quote
  • Join an approved referral program
  • Learn more about the sponsor
  • Request sponsor information
  • Follow TeslaWrapper
  • Participate in approved campaigns

Personal information is not sold or transferred without appropriate consent. A guest chooses what to share and with whom.

We do not promise a number of leads. Fifty guests is fifty guests — what fraction of them wants a quote is not something anyone can quote you in advance.

The featured Tesla

The vehicle for an activation may be sourced several ways.

  • Sponsor-provided
  • TeslaWrapper-provided
  • Customer or vehicle-owner provided
  • Otherwise sourced and approved for the activation

Whichever it is, the vehicle must be suitable for the agreed transformation. The final vehicle, design, condition and installation scope are approved before the event — not discovered on the day.

Design before the event

  1. Sponsor / client concept
  2. TeslaWrapper design review
  3. Vehicle compatibility review
  4. Final design approval
  5. Event production

TeslaWrapper holds final technical approval over whether a proposed design is suitable for the vehicle and the installation conditions. A design that cannot be installed well in front of fifty people is not a design we will agree to attempt.

Where it can happen

  • Automotive facilities
  • Brand headquarters
  • Commercial properties
  • Shopping centers
  • Dealerships
  • Private venues
  • Outdoor event spaces
  • Technology campuses
  • Approved private properties
  • Automotive shows and events

Outdoor and public events are subject to venue permission, applicable permits, insurance requirements, weather conditions, local regulations, and TeslaWrapper approval.

Weather plan

  1. Indoor backup
  2. Reschedule
  3. Cancel

For outdoor events, in that order. Which applies is set by the sponsorship agreement. We will not promise an outdoor event proceeds regardless of weather — film and weather are not compatible, and pretending otherwise is how an activation fails in front of its own audience.

After the event

TeslaWrapper can provide a recap containing the metrics that actually exist, measured after the fact.

  • Attendance
  • Content produced
  • Social-media performance
  • Engagement
  • QR scans
  • Leads generated through TeslaWrapper systems
  • Media mentions, if any
  • Sponsor content assets

Never guaranteed in advance: impressions, followers, leads, sales, press coverage, influencer participation, social performance.

None of those is guaranteed in advance, and we will not put a number on any of them before an event has happened. What you get afterwards is what actually occurred, including the parts that underperformed.

Built for marketing teams

Physical experience

A live automotive transformation guests can see happen, in a room, in front of them.

Brand presence

The sponsor is integrated into the event rather than logo-placed beside it.

Content

Professional assets are created during the activation, not staged afterwards.

Engagement

Guests can interact with the sponsor and with the installer doing the work.

Lead opportunity

Digital engagement can capture interested prospects, with appropriate consent.

Post-event value

The activation continues through approved content after the four hours end.

We do not claim a return on investment and we will not model one. What this buys is an event and the content it produces; what that is worth to your campaign is a judgment only your team can make.

AI Platform for Automated Vehicle Surface Treatment Using Humanoid Robots

Issued June 2, 2026 · 10 claims · Held by AutoWrap Robotics LLC

The patented platform is designed to control robotic platforms for automated vehicle surface treatment. It is a description, in patent language, of what a skilled installer does — read the surface, pick the tool, work the material, spot the flaw, correct it.

  • Vehicle surface treatment
  • PPF
  • Vinyl wrap
  • Ceramic coating
  • Window tint
  • Custom graphics
  • Decals

This is not what happens at a TeslaWrapper Live event. The vehicle is wrapped by a person, by hand. No patent is being practised or demonstrated by the installation, and nothing at the event is performed by a robot.

An optional part of an activation. Guests may be introduced to selected technologies and IP concepts through:

  • Patent displays

Sponsor the future of vehicle transformation

TeslaWrapper Live™ combines a live automotive transformation with a glimpse into the technology being developed for the future of vehicle service. A sponsor is associating its brand with automotive technology, EV culture, AI, automation, robotics, advanced manufacturing, vehicle personalization, intellectual property and experiential marketing.

A sponsorship does not include: Patent ownership, Patent licenses, AutoWrap AI software, Robotics technology, Source code, Trade secrets, IP rights.

The sponsor is purchasing an experiential marketing activation and nothing else. A sponsorship grants no ownership, license or rights of any kind in any technology or intellectual property. Any technology license must be separately negotiated in writing with the applicable IP owner.

Patent and intellectual-property information is provided for informational purposes. Issued patents provide rights according to their claims and applicable law. Pending patent applications do not themselves provide the same enforceable rights as an issued patent.

Certain technologies may be protected by patents, patent applications, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual-property rights. Public demonstrations may be limited to protect confidential or non-public technology.

Securing the activation

Sponsorship fee: $100,000

Paid in full to reserve the activation

  1. Sponsorship agreement executed
  2. $100,000 sponsorship fee
  3. Activation date reserved
Sponsorship agreement executed

Terms, deliverables, date, venue, vehicle and content rights are settled in writing first.

$100,000 sponsorship fee

Due in full on execution of the agreement, before the date is reserved and before production begins.

Activation date reserved

The date is held once the agreement is executed and the fee is received — not before.

The activation date is not considered reserved until the sponsorship agreement has been executed and the $100,000 sponsorship fee has been received.

Production and event preparation are contingent upon receipt of the full sponsorship fee and satisfaction of the requirements set forth in the sponsorship agreement.

Cancellation, postponement, refund, rescheduling, force majeure, venue, vehicle, production, and other event terms are governed by the executed sponsorship agreement.

Nothing is charged from this page. There is no checkout for a sponsorship of this size, and there should not be — the fee follows a signed agreement, not a button.

Your event. Your content. Clear rights.

The sponsorship agreement defines what the sponsor may do with approved event content. Rights are granted specifically rather than assumed.

Uses: Organic social media, Website, Marketing materials, Advertising, Internal corporate communications.

Each grant specifies: Duration, Territory, Platforms, Approved content, Editing permissions.

Nothing here grants unlimited rights automatically. What is not written into the agreement is not granted — which protects the sponsor as much as it protects us, because it means what you do have is unambiguous.

If something changes

Events move. The sponsorship agreement establishes what happens in each case, agreed before either side commits rather than argued afterwards.

  • Sponsor cancellation
  • Date changes
  • Weather
  • Venue cancellation
  • Vehicle problems
  • Installer availability
  • Production issues
  • Force majeure

What the agreement defines

  • Event date
  • Four-hour event window

Beyond the standard activation

For organizations seeking larger audiences, multiple vehicles, expanded production, multi-market campaigns, product launches or extended content programs, TeslaWrapper may develop a custom enterprise activation.

Custom activations are scoped and priced individually. There is no published price, because there is no standard shape to price.

Why $100,000

Because it is not a wrap. It is a marketing activation with a dozen deliverables, of which the vehicle transformation is one.

  • Live experiential marketing
  • Premium event production
  • Brand integration
  • Customer and VIP engagement
  • Professional content production
  • Automotive transformation
  • Technology storytelling
  • Sponsor participation
  • Post-event media assets
  • Digital amplification
  • Lead-capture opportunities
  • Post-event reporting

Priced against a partial wrap it looks absurd, which is exactly why the comparison is stated and rejected everywhere on this page. Priced against a produced brand activation with a content package, it is a number a marketing team will recognize.

Who this is for

  • Automotive brands
  • EV companies
  • Charging companies
  • Automotive technology companies
  • Vinyl manufacturers
  • PPF manufacturers
  • Automotive-care brands
  • Technology companies
  • Luxury brands
  • Consumer brands
  • Real-estate developers
  • Companies launching products
  • Companies seeking premium experiential marketing

Limited availability

TeslaWrapper Live™ activations are produced on a limited basis to maintain event quality, sponsor exclusivity and production standards. We have not set an annual number and will not invent one — what limits it is production capacity, and that is a real constraint rather than a scarcity tactic.

What happens next

  1. Sponsor inquiry
  2. Qualification
  3. Strategy call
  4. Sponsorship proposal
  5. Sponsorship agreement
  6. $100,000 sponsorship fee
  7. Activation date reserved
  8. Production
  9. TeslaWrapper Live™

The $100,000 fee represents sponsorship and experiential marketing services associated with the TeslaWrapper Live™ activation. It is not the retail price of a partial vehicle wrap.

Final sponsorship deliverables, vehicle, wrap design, venue, schedule, content rights, guest allocation and production requirements are subject to a written sponsorship agreement.

TeslaWrapper Live™ is an independent automotive experiential marketing activation and is not sponsored, endorsed, operated by, or affiliated with Tesla, Inc. Sponsorship of a TeslaWrapper Live™ event does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, affiliation or sponsorship by Tesla, Inc.

Events are subject to venue approval, applicable permits, insurance requirements, weather conditions, vehicle suitability, production requirements, and TeslaWrapper approval.

Audience size, media coverage, social-media performance, impressions, and third-party publicity are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in a written sponsorship agreement.

Final sponsorship deliverables, event format, vehicle, wrap design, installation scope, venue, schedule, and promotional rights will be established in a written agreement.
