Investment

What it takesto open.

What an investment covers, described honestly — and why there are no figures on this page.

Why there are no numbers here

Nothing here is a representation about revenue, profit, earnings or the performance of any location. We make no financial performance representation of any kind. Results depend on pricing, market, property and rent, staffing, materials, taxes, demand and how the business is run, among other things — and those vary. Any financial information we provide in future will be given in Item 19 of a Franchise Disclosure Document, with a written basis behind it, and clearly identified as such.

What your investment covers

The categories are settled even though the figures are not. This is what a location needs to exist and hold the standard.

The facility

An enclosed, climate-controlled bay with room to work around a vehicle, proper lighting, a separate preparation area and secure overnight storage.

Equipment and tools

The installation equipment and hand tools the method depends on, to the specification the standard requires.

Training

Installation, materials, intake, running the shop and the inspection — technical, business and operations tracks.

Technology

Booking and deposits, the project ledger, lead capture, documentation and the standards library.

Opening inventory

Initial film and installation supplies, from approved sources.

Working capital

What the business needs to run before it is carrying itself. Every honest estimate includes it.

Ongoing costs and fees

A franchised business has ongoing obligations — royalty, marketing and technology among them. Their existence is not in doubt; their amounts are not decided, and they are material terms that belong in a Franchise Disclosure Document rather than on a web page.

How revenue works

Most vehicle service businesses need volume, which means staff, a waiting room, and a phone that has to keep ringing. This model is built the other way: a small number of high-value projects, booked in advance at a published price, with material ordered against a paid deposit. That is a deliberate design choice about how the economics are shaped — how it performs in any particular location depends on that location.

Getting the actual numbers

Investment details, fees and any financial information are provided during the franchise qualification process, through a Franchise Disclosure Document — the document federal law requires before anything is signed or paid.
