We are not publishing the film construction for this material, because our supplier’s own listing does not agree with itself about what it is, and we would rather ask them than repeat one of the answers. We are not publishing a lifespan, a warranty, a UV rating or a removability claim either, because we have not installed it long enough to stand behind one. When we have, we will publish what we found.

One clarification, because two different things share a word: the Ceramic finishes here are a film, not the ceramic coating service. Coating is a separate thing we are arranging through a partner, and it is not part of this collection.
These are photographs of the film itself, not rendered swatches — an earlier version of this page showed neither, because inventing colors would have been worse than showing none. The range is still being finalized and colors on a screen are not colors on a car, so the final choice is confirmed against a physical sample before anything is ordered for your project.
Nothing else changes.
Be clear about what you are choosing between: this and our $7,000 color-change vinyl are the same kind of job. Both change the color of the whole car and neither protects the paint. Nothing else moves — 3M™ Protection Wrap Film from $11,000, Paradox Supreme Color PPF at $13,500 and Avery Dennison® Conform Chrome from $15,000 are unchanged, and all of them remain what we install today.
The difference is not that this film is lesser. It is that 3M and Avery Dennison publish warranties on their films — 3M up to 8 years vertical on Series 2080, depending on color and climate — and we have years of our own installed work behind them to point at. This material has neither yet. If longevity or a manufacturer warranty is what matters to you, the answer is still our 3M™ or Avery Dennison® installation, and we will say so.
