The questionspeople actually ask.
Including the four we cannot answer yet, and why.
Is this an offer to sell a franchise?
No. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy a franchise. A franchise can only be offered through a Franchise Disclosure Document, delivered in accordance with federal law, and in some states only after the program is registered with that state. Those documents are not prepared yet.
What does it cost?
We are not going to give you a number we cannot yet stand behind. Franchise fees, royalties, required investment and any ongoing contributions are material terms that belong in the Franchise Disclosure Document, and inventing them on a marketing page would be both misleading and, once the real numbers exist, contradictory. When the FDD is prepared, it will state them.
How much can I earn?
We make no representation about revenue, profit or earnings, and you should be careful with anyone in this industry who does without documentation. Financial performance information can only be given in Item 19 of a Franchise Disclosure Document, supported by a written basis, and we will provide it that way or not at all.
Do I get an exclusive territory?
Territory is a term of the franchise agreement. There is no franchise agreement yet, so there is no territory arrangement to describe. Anything we told you now would be a guess, and it would not bind anyone.
Do I need to know how to wrap already?
No, but you need to be willing to learn it properly. This is an owner-operator model. An owner who cannot judge the quality of an installation cannot hold the standard, whether or not they are the one holding the squeegee.
Can I run it as a passive investment?
It is not designed for that. The model depends on an owner who is present, and on a narrow service line held consistently. A location run at arm’s length tends to drift into taking whatever work comes through the door, which is exactly what this model is built to avoid.
Can I add detailing, tint or paint correction?
No. The narrowness is the model. A location that adds services becomes a general shop competing with every other general shop, and the reason a customer chose a specialist disappears.
Can I set my own prices?
No. Published fixed pricing is a brand standard. It is what removes the estimating cycle, and a customer who finds a different price in a different city stops trusting the published one anywhere.
What if my state is not on your list?
Apply anyway and tell us. The market list reflects where we have looked so far, not where the model can work. Interest in a market is the main thing that gets it evaluated.
What happens after I apply?
We read it and we come back to you. An application is not a commitment on either side, and there is nothing to sign at this stage — because there is nothing yet that could legally be signed.
This information is not an offer to sell, or the solicitation of an offer to buy, a franchise. A franchise may only be offered by a Franchise Disclosure Document, and in registration states only after filing. No financial performance representation is made anywhere on this site.
