Where this actually stands

The operating model is real and running. The franchise program around it is being built. No franchise is being offered or sold at this time, and nothing on this site is an offer — an offer can only be made through a Franchise Disclosure Document, in states where the program is registered, after the waiting periods the law requires. What we are doing now is talking to operators who want to be first in line, and using those conversations to shape the program.

If that sounds like the wrong stage to be talking, it is the right stage to be honest about. Early conversations are how the terms get set.

Who this suits

We have not set formal financial qualification criteria, because those belong in the Franchise Disclosure Document and it does not exist yet. What we can describe is the kind of operator the model is built for.

This suits you if

You want to run the shop yourself, at least at the start. This is an owner-operator model, not a passive investment.
You are willing to learn installation properly, whether or not you install every car yourself. An owner who cannot judge the work cannot hold the standard.
You are comfortable with a narrow service line and turning away work that falls outside it.
You can commit to a fixed published price rather than negotiating each job.
You have, or can secure, a suitable enclosed space with controlled temperature and lighting.

It does not suit you if

You want a business that runs without you from day one.
You want to add detailing, tint, paint or general auto work alongside it. The model depends on the narrowness.
You want to set your own prices per customer.
You are looking for a guaranteed return. Nobody can honestly offer you one, and anyone who does is telling you something they cannot support.

Financial requirements, net worth and liquidity thresholds, fees and any territory arrangement will be set out in the Franchise Disclosure Document when it is prepared. We are not going to guess at them here.
