What happens next
We follow up within 24–72 hours to agree your date and time.
Installation dates are typically 4–8 weeks out.
End to end, quote to keys back is usually six to ten weeks — we reply in one to three business days, material is ordered within one to three of you confirming it and ships in one to three more, installation dates run four to eight weeks out, and the car itself is with us two to three days. The long part is the calendar, not the work.
Hours: by appointment, which is the point. Evenings and weekends are open, by appointment, the same as any other slot. That is not a favor or an exception — if a Saturday morning or a Tuesday evening is what works, ask for it. Nights, rotating shifts, twelve-hour days, six days a week: tell us what your schedule actually looks like when you get in touch, because it is a much easier problem to solve before a date is set than after. We would rather work around a rota than have you take a day off you did not need to.
Sometimes it is faster. If a project genuinely needs it — or you need the car back on the road quickly — we can bring extra hands in and finish in one to two days rather than two to three. It is not the default and we will not promise it before we have seen the project, because more people on a car is only quicker when the work actually divides that way. Ask when you book rather than on the morning, and we will tell you straight whether yours is one we can compress.
About the deposit
Your deposit is applied to your project total — it is not an additional fee. The balance is due before installation begins, or you can pay it early.
The deposit is non-refundable. Paying it commits the project. We do not decline work over timing or difficulty — what we do instead is tell you the truth about your car before you pay. Failing clearcoat, rust or an old wrap underneath change what the finish can look like, and we will show you what to expect on your car rather than after it. The decision is yours, and once it is made the money is committed.
