Cybercabis next.
TeslaWrapper is accepting reservations for future Cybercab projects. A reservation holds your place in the order we take them, for the same $1,000 deposit that starts any color-change project here. It is not an installation, and it is not a date.
Reservations open. No installation has been completed on this vehicle by us.

Before you reserve
- No Cybercab installation has been completed by TeslaWrapper. We have never had one in the studio, and there is no Cybercab wrapped by us anywhere in the world.
- We are not aware of a completed Cybercab wrap by anyone else either, and we are not going to claim to be first at something we cannot verify. If someone shows you a wrapped Cybercab, ask whose car it is and when it was done. Ask us the same question.
- Installation is not available today. Not because the calendar is full — because the vehicle is not here. Nothing in this program starts until your Cybercab is with you.
- We are not Tesla, not authorized by Tesla, and not partnered with Tesla. Tesla decides when your car arrives. We do nothing before that.
- There is one studio, in Ashburn, Virginia. Everywhere else is travel, quoted for the project.
Reserve your place.
A $1,000 reservation deposit — the color-change vinyl deposit, the same one every color-change project here pays. It comes off your project total; it is not an extra fee.
We wrap the Model 3, Model Y and Cybertruck, and Cybercab reservations are open. The Model S and Model X are not vehicles we take.
Put your model and color in the Square note. When Square asks, put your Tesla model and the color you want in the note — we cannot match a deposit to a car without it. Write “Cybercab” and the finish you are considering — “Cybercab, color TBC” is a fine answer if you have not decided.
Check the total before you tap Pay. Square offers a tip on these links and it arrives already selected. It is optional and it is not part of your project price. The amount you owe us is $1,000. Anything above that is the tip — clear it, change it, or leave it. Your project is identical either way.
This is a reservation deposit. It buys a place in the order Cybercab projects are taken — not an installation, not a date, and not a project price. Your total is agreed in writing at project review, after we have seen the actual vehicle, and this $1,000 color-change vinyl deposit comes off it. Paying it does not start a film order: nothing is ordered for a Cybercab until your car has arrived and we have reviewed it, because there is no vehicle to order the film against.
We do not carry insurance on your car. There is no commercial garage-keepers policy covering damage to your Tesla while it is with us, and no policy number to give you, because there is no policy. What we do instead is document: the car is photographed and its condition recorded at intake, and we walk it with you against that record at handover. That deters and it evidences — it does not indemnify you. Your own insurance is the coverage that applies. The full terms.
The deposit is non-refundable. Paying it commits the project. Every project is reviewed after the deposit is paid, and that review can end in a decline. It is not a formality. What we do before you pay is tell you the truth about your car first. Failing clearcoat, rust or an old wrap underneath change what the finish can look like, and we will show you what to expect on your car rather than after it. The decision is yours. If we do decline a project after you have paid, the deposit is returned in full. What we tell you before you pay.
Cancellation, refunds and what happens once material is ordered are the same for a Cybercab reservation as for every other project here. The full terms, and what we tell you before you pay.
How a Cybercab reservation works.
Nine stages. The first three happen now; the rest happen when your car does. Nothing here is a queue with a published wait, because we do not control the part that takes the time.
The nine stages: Reservation · Deposit · Confirmation · Vehicle arrival · Project review · Final total · Balance · Scheduling · Installation
- 01
Reservation
Tell us the vehicle, the configuration you ordered, the finish you are thinking about, and where the car will live. Nothing is charged at this point and nothing is committed.
- 02
Deposit
The $1,000 reservation deposit. It is the same deposit that starts any color-change project here, it comes off your project total rather than being added to it, and it is non-refundable from the moment it is paid. Read the terms before you pay it, not after.
- 03
Confirmation
We write back with what we have recorded against your deposit and where you sit in the order Cybercab projects get taken. A confirmation is a record of your place. It is not a date, and it does not schedule anything.
- 04
Vehicle arrival
Nothing moves until your Cybercab is actually with you. Tesla sets that, we do not, and we will not pretend to know when it will be. Tell us when the car lands.
- 05
Project review
We look at the actual vehicle — the panels, the trim, the seams, the surface, and what the finish you want will do on it. This is the stage where the unknowns on this page stop being unknowns, and it is why they are not answered before it.
- 06
Final total
You get your total in writing, with the film specified by brand, series and color code, before you owe anything beyond the deposit. Your $1,000 color-change vinyl deposit comes off that figure. If the answer is that your car is a poor candidate for the finish you wanted, you hear that here, with the reason, on your own car.
- 07
Balance
The balance is due before installation begins — not on the day you reserve, and not before you have seen the total in writing.
- 08
Scheduling
We agree a window with you once the car exists and the project has been reviewed. There is no calendar on this site and there is not going to be one: dates are agreed with a person, in writing, against a real vehicle.
- 09
Installation
The same method as every other car through this shop. Pre-cut kit where kit data exists for the body, panel by panel, post-heated where the film was stretched, and inspected in daylight with you before the car goes back.
What the deposit does.
What it does
- Holds your place in the order Cybercab projects are taken. We work one project at a time, so the order matters.
- Records your vehicle, your configuration and the finish you are considering, so that when the car lands we are continuing a conversation instead of starting one.
- Puts your $1,000 against your project total. It is part of the price, not on top of it.
- Gets your car looked at first when it arrives, rather than after the reservations behind you.
What it does not
- It does not hold a date. There is no date to hold.
- It does not set a price. Your total is agreed at project review, in writing, on your own car.
- It does not buy a discount. The deposit is the same $1,000 every color-change project pays.
- It does not make anyone first at anything, and this page is not going to say otherwise.
- It is not refundable. Paying it commits the project — the full terms are below and they are the same terms as every other project here.
What nobody knows yet.
These are the questions we get asked and cannot answer honestly until a Cybercab is on the lift. Every one of them has a confident answer somewhere on the internet. None of those answers came from wrapping one.
- How the body breaks into panels
- We are not publishing a panel count for a vehicle we have not measured.
- How much film it takes
- Film consumption comes off a real body, not a press photograph.
- Whether pre-cut kit data will exist
- A new body shape means new template data, and the first cars through are where that gets worked out. Yours may be one of them.
- How long an installation runs
- We publish turnaround for the Teslas we wrap today. We are not going to extend those numbers to a car we have not touched.
- What the project will total
- Agreed at project review, in writing, before you owe anything beyond the deposit.
If another shop gives you a firm number for a Cybercab wrap today, ask what they measured it against. That is not a dig at anybody — it is the same question we would want you to ask us.

Color is the whole point.
Which finishes apply to a Cybercab
A Cybercab arrives in one factory finish, and film is how it stops looking like every other one. The same palette we carry for every other Tesla applies — gloss, satin, matte, color shift and the specialty finishes, in 3M™ and Avery Dennison® cast film, specified for the project.
Conform Chrome is the exception worth naming now rather than later. It is the least forgiving film there is and it shows whatever is under it. On a body none of us has worked, we would want the actual car in front of us before agreeing to it.
Where the work would happen.
The studio, travel beyond it, and mobile at your own address
One studio, in Ashburn, Virginia, open to a car driven or shipped in from any state. Beyond our established travel markets, travel is quoted for your project rather than taken off a list. Mobile installation at your own address needs a qualifying property, and that requirement does not change for a Cybercab.
If your car will be somewhere we do not currently travel, say so when you reserve. Markets get opened when enough people ask for the same one, and a reservation is exactly the kind of signal that decides where we go next. It is not a promise that we will go there.
Reserve your place.
A $1,000 color-change vinyl deposit, non-refundable from the moment it is paid, applied to your project total. No date, no price, and no claim that anybody has wrapped one of these yet.
We wrap the Model 3, Model Y and Cybertruck, and Cybercab reservations are open. The Model S and Model X are not vehicles we take.
