4D rotating tweeters with ambient lighting

Replacement A-pillar tweeter covers with a lit ring, in two hardware versions that behave differently. Which one you get changes what the part does.

Manufacturer-stated fitment.

  • Model 3 — 2016–2020, 2021–2023, and Highland, per the manufacturer
  • Model Y — 2020–2024, and Juniper, per the manufacturer

Nobody here has held one of these against a car.

Available by order, subject to fitment and supplier availability. Nothing here is held in stock.

A pair of brushed-metal triangular tweeter covers on white with their harnesses, above a row of cables, control modules and mounting brackets
Labeled "4D RGB Speaker Version 1 / V1 — Without Music Rhythm Rotation".
The same pair of tweeter covers and fitting kit on white
Labeled "4D RGB Speaker Version 2 / V2 — With Music Continuous Rotation of the Tweeter".
Six photographs of one fitted tweeter lit in orange, blue, red, green, pink and deep blue
"64 Colors Matching The Original Lamp Beads" and a plug-and-play claim are burned into the image.
A close-up of one tweeter cover beside four detail panels of the grille, the brushed surface and the chrome bowl
"Premium Surface Craft" and "Plug & Play Installation / No Cutting Wire / No Coding" are burned into the image.
One fitted tweeter lit yellow against a dark door card
Labeled "Music Fantastic 4D Rotating Display — Continuous Rotating Tweeter — Version 2 / V2".
One fitted tweeter lit blue with drawn motion rings and musical notes around it
A V2 description of the tweeter rising and rotating with the music is burned into the image.

A rendering, not a photograph. "15dB Low noise" and "0.1° Rotation accuracy" are burned into it and are the maker’s figures.
One fitted tweeter lit purple above a row of ten feature labels
"Blind-Spot Warning Function" appears here as a plain feature label with no condition attached to it.
The standard A-pillar speaker grille above two photographs of the fitted part, one lit blue labeled Version 1 and one lit red labeled Version 2
"Before and After Installation" is burned into the image.

These are the manufacturer’s own photographs of the part, not photographs of work this shop has done. Several carry the maker’s sales copy burned into the image. We have not fitted one of these to a car and photographed it, and when we do, that photograph will say so.

VersionVersion 1Version 2

What this version is advertised to do:

  • Extends and retracts automatically
  • Sixty-four ambient colors, synchronized with the car’s own ambient lighting
  • Rotates continuously in time with the music
Model 3
2016–2020, 2021–2023, and Highland, per the manufacturerStated by the manufacturer. Not checked against a car here.
Model Y

The manufacturer advertises non-destructive fitting.

That is the supplier’s claim about their own part and we have not verified it on a car.

What has to be true of your car

  • The blind-spot warning light only works on a car that already has compatible factory blind-spot detection hardware. The manufacturer states this as a requirement. It is a condition your car either meets or does not — it is not something this part adds.

What nobody has settled yet

Published rather than smoothed over. Each of these is resolved against your car before anything is ordered.

  • An installation manual exists for this part and nobody here has read it, so nothing in it has been relied on.

There is no price on this page. The installer has not given us labor rates for accessory work, so any figure here would be half a number — and a part price without fitting beside it reads as the installed price. Ask and you get the whole thing or nothing.
